Wee Scientifics (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.weescientifics.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs for product delivery

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on quantity and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Shipping Costs for returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments will reach you between two and seven days.

Change of Delivery Address

Orders placed before 07:00 PM will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change of delivery address requests are not permitted once the orders are placed.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


Refund and Returns Policy

Consumables

It is not recommended to return or cancel a consumable order. The customer is solely accountable for being informed about consumable purchases or inquiring about product details via mail or mobile.

Equipment

If a Wee Scientifics shipment is damaged or unusual, the customer is entitled to a refund on the equipment supplied.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at weescientifics@gmail.com and send your item to our following address:

To return your product, you should send your product to the aforementioned address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with photo verification, the reason for the return, a refund request, the transaction number, and any other original payment receipts generated at the time of payment.

The transaction requires the customer’s account information. All the information should be sent via email.
Refunds will be initiated only after receipt of materials without any defects.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of forward shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
